I work in sales as an independent contractor. Over the years I have hired some office help to handle paper work and answer the phone a few days a week.
I’ve had a few assistants, all older women who I had zero interest in. After my last assistant made the decision to retire, I decided to hire a younger woman thinking maybe she’d stick around for a while.
I tried to not base my decision solely off of looks, but I have been spending more time at the office in the last few years as I now work mostly off referral and don’t have to pound the pavement like I used to.
