I have a friend from college (I’ll call her Amy) that I’ve stayed in touch with off and on over the years. We always had kind of a flirtatious relationship in college but both had some longer relationships and she was exploring her sexuality and not sure if she was lesbian or bi. About a year ago we wound up living pretty close together and hanging out. She dated someone for a few months after moving here before they broke up, I met him a few times and he seemed like a nice guy just kind of boring. One night after they broke up we were having drinks and she was kind of venting about him, and she mentioned that he was pretty vanilla/boring in the bedroom and she let it slip “I know that’s not a problem for you.” I looked at her confused and she admitted that she had a conversation once with an ex of mine who let a little slip about our sex life.
