This happened a couple of weeks ago and what started as just a couple of drinks with a male buddy of mine Tim turned out to be a night I’ll remember for a long time.
I live in a city in the midlands area of the UK. The city is popular with stag and hen parties as there are plenty of activities to do as well as great nightlife. It was a Friday and I got a text from Tim asking if I wanted to meet for some food and have a beer as I hadn’t seen him for a while.
We met early evening and went for some dinner, on the table next to us were six women who were having a great time and were clearly there celebrating one of the girls' birthdays. When we’d finished our food one of them asked me to take a couple of photos of them and this was my ‘in'. I asked them what they were doing, where they were from etc… they told me they were from the south west of England about 150 miles away and they were here for the weekend celebrating one of the girls’ 30th birthday. They asked where was good to go and we chatted to them about what they wanted/liked and suggested a few places they should visit and then Tim offered us up as tour guides for the night and they agreed.
