I saw her before she saw me. Sometimes when you meet someone from the internet in person it can be kind of a shit show. I’m 39, so girls lying about their age can be a problem. If you match with a “35” year old woman on tinder, her girlfriends have somehow convinced her that guys can’t tell the difference between 48 and 35 and that a little fib about her age isn’t so bad. Encounters With My Neighbor. Part 1 and 2. [MF] [first] [agegap]

This all started about 3 weeks ago.

I moved into my quiet little neighborhood about 5 years ago. On one side of me is an older retired couple (think early 70s) that spends most of their day doing yard work and openly bitching at each other. The other side was a rental home that eventually got sold to a nice family that at first I thought had about 5 kids. When they moved in they were everywhere from about 24-16. Our houses are RIGHT next to each other so as I was out doing yard work that day I kept kinda passing them by and doing the friendly “hi new neighbor” wave and smile as they all passed by carrying boxes. As things settled and people drove off I got talking to the husband, who was probably about 15 years old than me in his mid 50’s(I’m 40). He asked if it was just me in my place, and I told him I was single and live alone. He mentioned having one last kid to get out of the house and hopefully send to college, and we spent some time talking about what we do for work, having similar jobs and all. Read more »
