Long time Lurker, First time poster.
This happened many moons ago, but still one of my favourite and best memories!
I worked in events and travelled the world extensively. I met the same people at different events around the world and we built a working relationship in the industry. I’d been in the industry for a few years when I flew out to an event in Malaysia. It was a time of year where it was hot and humid…wearing a suit at all times. Evenings were for entertaining clients…so very long days and short nights.
On the first night there is always a networking event for all the clients attending the event. The event was thrown at a bar in KL, the Rum Jungle. As you can imagine, lots of booze and lots of people. That’s where I saw her the first time…Nina. She was absolutely and utterly radiant. Her smile could light a thousand nights and her eyes burned with passion. She was short, 5’4 maybe, great figure with an ass to die for! She was wearing a summer dress, around knee length. I knew I had to meet her…and wandered over. As is custom, since it’s my event, I meet everyone. so getting in and getting her name was easy. We spoke for a while and she had me absolutely mesmerized. She was amazing. I got her card and had to briefly leave to meet another client….and just like that she was gone!
