We were supposed to go to this concert together but our breakup months prior hindered that.
I had seen him at other concerts and wondered if he thought about me. He had broken things off only after 5 months but understandably. We were head over heels for each other but the fighting just became too much.
I was waiting in line for the concert and saw him walk by. I froze. I hid behind some people then I made eye contact with him from afar and he waved. I waved him to come in line with me. It has been about two months since our breakup.
We caught up. Our lives had changed a lot in the past two months. I declared that we would hang out that night since that was the original plan anyway and we were both alone. He offered to drive me home after the concert after I’d asked if he’s doing anything after haha.
The concert was great. We danced in our own world and stayed close but nothing intimate, just some jokes here and there.
