My GF and I have owned two duplexes in SWFL for a couple of years now. Prior tenants have been not so easy to deal with. So we went AirBNB and it is a great idea.
We have one unit that we rented to two seasonal golf professionals. Nice guys, pay well and no complaints. So, my GF went by to pick up the rent and he was tanning in the yard in a speedo.
