This happened yesterday.
It was a beautiful warm Friday. 90degrees but overcast. I am single and my good friend was out of town but I still felt like doing something. I wanted to go swimming, my apartment has a pool. I also had some edibles I planned to eat. It was just memorial day last Monday so the pool would be open and I could vibe out with some music in the sun and water. It was going to be a great day so I ate my cookie and walked over to the pool. Well…Fuck. It’s closed. I walk to the leasing office to ask wtf is going on and they blame it on contractors not giving the green light to go in. It should be open, every pool in the stat opens by memorial day! I was pissed, I had already eaten my cookie and wanted to swim! The clock was ticking so I said fuck it Ill drive to the beach, its like an hour away but I usually don’t peak until the 1.5 hour+ mark so I should be able to drive there before I zonk out. Well skipping the interesting drive I had to get to the good part of this story…I make it to the beach and its beautiful. I spot a great spot to set up my chair away from other patrons. It did happen to be directly in front of a cute girl. Serendipity. At this point I’m pretty high, my music is flowing and the sun on my skin and sand under my feet feel amazing. I barely remember to put on sunscreen, I dazily lather up while checking out the people around me. I keep looking back to the girl behind me. She’s very petite and looks fairly young my guess was 21 but I’m high and she’s kinda far away. She had a black swimsuit on that contrasted against her pale skin nicely. She also had on a cute straw beach hat. I finish sun screening and melt away. I just close my eyes and chillax in my chair. What seems like not 1 minute later I hear a girls voice that startles me awake.
