I’ve been best friends with jack since we were kids. I was always really boyish, and while most people thought it was weird that I always dressed like a guy, that I wanted to be a guy, he never cared. He was the first person to ever actually just accept it. It was pretty shocked, he was kinda from a rough family, had a reputation for causing trouble, getting into fights. But we really got on. He turned me into a total stoner, got me into parties, kept people from picking on me. He got me into a lot of trouble but I would have been a total nerd without him.
I always suspected maybe he had feelings for me, because he was so protective of me over guys. I’m bi, so honestly totally into it. But he always get weird about it. And he was always getting into so much, and I was always bailing him out. Fixing him up. I started thinking he was doing it on purpose, to get my attention. To get me to take care of him, feel closer to me.
