It was a cold day at the airport, as I waited for my mom at the airport. I was very excited to be back home as it had been quite a long time since I had seen everyone. I had landed quite late, and it had begun to snow. I decided to wait in the airport just able to see the front to see when they were coming. I then got a message that they were rolling up right now. It wasn’t hard to tell it was them; the parking lot was empty. I ran out, opened the back, and began to throw my things in the back. “shit it’s cold,” I moaned as my mom and siblings came out, Quickly giving each one a hug before we all hopped in. How’d you like flying in this weather my mom asked while laughing. “Eh, it was interesting, definitely a hard landing,” I said while warming up my hand with the heater vents. We began to drive out of the parking lot as she started to tell me about how life was in our small town.
