**For context:** I have been with my partner (we’ll call him D) for almost 2 years now. This story is from a few weeks ago. If you enjoy it I may just write more! I will write where the juicy stuff is if you want to skip the background story as this may get quite long.
**Story**
D and I had had a busy day, I was helping my family with things and he had stayed at home and kept the house running. I asked him to meet me on the way home from my family’s place.
We met near the riverside and he held my hand as we walked along and made general chitchat about how our pets are, and how my family are. When we got near the river front, he pulled a spliff out of his pocket and sparked it. With a devilish grin on his face, he said to me “You have a treat coming your way later on.”
