Now, some backstory; we had met online, and surprisingly, she messaged first. A rarity it seems when it comes to the online dating scene.
We exchanged numbers almost immediately. The conversations started off innocently enough, mostly just memes, and jokes.
I had just gotten out of a relationship a few months prior, and with my constant travel, I wasn’t looking for anything serious.
But, things don’t always work the way you think they will, and she basically said, “So you have a girlfriend now. K? Cool.”
So we did the long distance thing, and guess what. It can work!
