I guess I should give some context, just so you can get an understanding of my relationship with my nephew before hand.
My brother has been a single dad since my nephew was 3 years old. I’d help out when I could but eventually my time was split between my own home and my brother’s, basically staying with him part time to help out more – due to his work my brother would often travel so it was just easier for me to stay with my nephew.
