Right now, I have a rough idea of a story in the making. It would be an erotic love story between two high school/college students, who bond over their unique physiques, the girl being naturally short and tiny and the guy being a large muscular man. In this story, they’d face critical judgement from others and have to overcome those challenges to maintain their love for each other.

I love the idea but am confused. Why would they be judged? Because people are shits or because they look like there is a big age difference between them (story of my life)? Or do you mean gigantism and dwarfism?
Not trying to shit on your idea or anything but it feels like it lacks conflict. Maybe I am just not seeing it tho
