I’m looking for a work of Erotic fiction that i BELIEVE I found here on r/gonewildstories

The story opens with a boy/young man driving him and his girlfriend to stay with some friends at a lake house/ estate with a pool, and the Girl ends up falling in the pool at the beginning of the story.

As the story progresses the girl has more and more of what her boyfriend thinks are risque ‘accidents’ involving the boyfriends friends, one of which is a hot tub hand job, and another incident with a diving contest where she wears only a white tank top.

The story culminates in the girls admission that her ‘accidents’ throughout the whole story were actually sexual adventures done behind her boyfriends back, and she recounts how they happened to him as they become intimate. I really would like to find this again, so hopefully someone can help me.
