All my female coworkers can’t stop staring at my bulge

I’m the only male employee at my workplace (I’m the IT guy) and since my interview 4 months ago, my boss and all the my coworkers have never stopped staring at my bulge.

I’d say I’m a grower (only 5″ flaccid) but my girth is noticeable even when I’m not hard. My fashion sense doesn’t help me either, since I prefer slim fit pants or jeans. I try my best not to show it off, but no matter how its positioned (to the side or down the front) it makes a prominent bulge.

At first I was embarrassed by the looks I got from them, but now I’m used to it and I can’t lie, I love the attention I get from all of them.

If I ever help them with a tech issue at their desk, they’re usually sitting down and I’m standing next to or over them. Watching them try to discreetly look is always a thrill, and I’ve never said anything about it to any of them.

Recently I’ve been making a point of not hiding the fact that I’m staring at their cleavage or breasts when talking to them, since they’re also getting a good show. No one has said anything but I have caught my manager blushing when she realised what I was doing.

I don’t plan to pursue anything more than this with any of them, but I quite enjoy the flirty dynamic we all have, and I’m happy I discovered I’m a (semi) exhibitionist.

  5. Stop wearing tight pants if you are uncomfortable being ogled by your peers. I’ve found that in my 40 years of supervision, only those that want the attention dress in a way that makes their “attributes” noticeable. Unless your a dude working at Hooters, you literally have no excuse here.

    Only thing I’d say is you’re playing a dangerous game. If you don’t at least make an effort in acting like you’re trying to hide your budget, you might get some woman reporting you to HR for sexual harassment. That goes triple for staring at their boobs. They like it till they don’t. Or someone gets mad that you’re giving someone else more attention than you’re giving them.

  13. I think they are looking at your “bulge” because you are putting it on display! Has it crossed your mind that perhaps they are uncomfortable looking at it and it’s just your ego making you think they are admiring it? I won’t be a bit surprised that you will kicked out or face a disciplinary hearing soon.

  16. I think you need to say your actual size erect is. And…it’s not a good idea to sleep with a coworker. If you break up it can get sticky.

  19. It’s probably nothing. We tend to de-sex people we aren’t dating just for practical purposes. So, it is probably more a situation of, “oh look, a penis”, then anything else. It doesn’t mean they want you. Some of them may even question why you are wearing such tight trousers.

    But it doesn’t mean anything.
