I [M] helped an infertile couple have 2 kids, and it was an amazing experience

This was about 5 years ago now… This couple whom I was friends with was trying to start a family. I knew the both of them from a past job. I wasn’t that close with them, but close enough to be someone they mentioned their struggles to. They kept trying for over a year and were having no luck.

They began exploring sperm donors, or even adoption. One day, it clicked in their head that I looked very similar to the father. Rather than going through all the hassle and costs of finding a sperm donor, they asked me if I would be willing. Looks-wise, this would make everything very easy for them and the rest of their family. Their plan was to just keep that a secret between the 3 of us and raise the child as their own (physically and biologically). I had no issue with any of it and was totally onboard. This idea circulated in their heads for months. At some point, I began to think it was a knee-jerk reaction on one of their parts, and unlikely to become a reality.

However, one day, they finally asked me about it again, and asked me about current and past and family health. They said they were ready and wanted to go for it. We discussed the logistics… me ejaculating in a cup, keeping it clean, making sure the sperm doesn’t die, injecting it, etc. With all that hassle, I brought up the idea of just doing it “naturally”. It would likely be quicker that way anyways. After a few days, they agreed. They (mostly the husband) laid out a lot of ground rules to the whole process. Mainly, it wasn’t to be thought of as “having sex”, but more specifically “giving her my sperm”. While I internally felt that was a dumb line to draw… I went along with it. What ever made them comfortable. Other rules included no kissing, no sensual talk or touching (other than what was necessary), and be as quick as possible.

Once we got to it… I must say, I initially thought it would be dull and awkward and robotic. It turned out to be a lot of fun. Making a point to shoot my saved up load deep inside someone, over and over again, was such an amazing feeling. I kept at it, 2-3 times a day, for 2 of her cycles, and then she finally got pregnant. About 2 years later, repeated it all for their second child.
