I’m a 20 year old college student. Work part time as a cleaner in a Nursing home. When I started I was surprised to find out how sexually active nursing homes were. Residents have sex with each other. The caregivers/nurses. get harassed regularly by residents. My co worker joked that this place is just like a college dorm, but saggier 😂. I was once cleaning this lady’s room and she slapped my ass. I was dumbfounded she said they were chunky. After the initial shock I responded that I work hard in the gym. Don’t take her up on the invitation as it will cost you your job and you will also face getting charged. Because you are male everyone will assume that you are guilty even if all you did was hold her hand but she says that you did something more sexual, no matter what her mental capacity is. And everyone who does stuff against the law/policy/procedure gets caught eventually, this is just a fact. I know of some people who got caught having sex at the production plant I used to work at, they got fired on the spot, though they got away with it for about 2 weeks before getting caught.
Where I live, many of the hospitals now do not allow male doctors or nurses to be alone with any resident, they now have to have a female staff present at all times due to the number of issues/claims.
Best thing to do is to do some research on google and find the older person dating sites, and there are sites/articles that can help you narrow your search for an older woman outside of work.
Figure out when the old age pension cheques get sent out and then go to various stores and you will see a lot more older women around, find out when places have senior discount days/times, some restaurants have senior special days/meas. Take up playing card games. Craft shows/events can also be a good place to look. Shop more at the pharmacy store or a store that has a seniors care center/products. See if there is a social club or other club in your area that caters to seniors and you can volunteer there or join maybe?.
You could even put up an ad on facebook to be a general cleaner/handy man/snow clearer that does discounted work for seniors.
