A Dish Best Served Hot [M/F][Cheating][Long Read] Part 4.99

Two hours. That seems to be his limit.

Raissa and Victor laid on the bed, under their cum stained mess of a comforter. Their hair messy and sweat struck, standing on end or just completely frazzled.. Their chest rose and fell and Victor could barely lift an arm. Raissa realized that she is in a worse position as she had worked out earlier and her muscles were already a little sore, and while the pleasure that wracked her for the past two hours have helped her emotionally and mentally, the physical toll it took is something else. Still, she woul do this again. This two hour romp has caused her to become very hungry, and she cursed at herself for not ordering food when they were in the bar.

Victor, upon hearing Raissa’s stomach grumble loudly, laughed just a little too loud. Raissa’s hand weakly went to his mouth and tried to shut it.

“I am hungry, Querido,” she whined as she scooted closer to him and laid against his chest. She could hear his heart as it started to slow down back to normal.

“Room service, Sweets?” Victor offered which Raissa answered with a moan.

Victor managed to sit up on the side of the bed and took the phone off the hook. He dialed in for room service, retrieving the menu from the drawer and deciding on what to get. Victor thought to order his usual go-to food, a burger, but instead opted to order two plates of spaghetti and a bottle of wine.

A knock came soon after as Victor got up, finally finding strength, put on one of the bathrobe that the hotel provides for its guest, and answered. He’s greeted by Sam who wheeled in the metal cart and placed the two metal domes on the table, retrieved the bottle of wine and two glass and proceeded to set it down. On the corner of his eyes he can see his female companion laying down, groaning a little, and Sam gave him a nod and a wink.

Victor embarrassingly chuckled as he slipped Sam a $20, “keep it quiet, okay?” he said in hushed tone.

“Keep what quiet?” was all Sam said as he took the cart and the money out of the door and sauntered away.

Raissa crawled out of bed as soon as she could but found her legs to have suddenly turned to jelly. Victor placed the other bathrobe around her and helped her up, setting her down before her food and pouring some wine for her.

Raissa took in the smell of her food. Spaghetti with three gigantic meatballs. She smiled as she wiped a tear from her eyes and Victor looked at her with concern.

“Despite marrying an Italian, he is a poor excuse of one. He did not like cooking. This is the first spaghetti I have had in a very long time.”

Victor’s shoulder dropped upon hearing those words. He got up, walked up to her and gave her an embrace as he rubbed her cheeks. “Well, I’ll feed you some poorly made spaghetti from now on,” he said and Raissa laughed aloud, regaining some of her energy.

Victor drove through his neighborhood, keeping his engine in a low rumble. His surprise came when he saw a familiar black Corolla sitting behind his civic.

Anna stood by his doorway, her arms crossed over her chest. She wore a black shirt with some random band’s name he doesn’t recognize and leather pants.

He rolled into his driveway and got out. “Went shopping in Hot Topic or something?” He scoffed but Anna simply rolled her eyes.

“You changed the locks?!” She accused correctly as she tossed her house key at his chest. “I’ve been texting you all day, and why are you dressed like that, you went on a date or something?”

Victor simply laughed as he ignored the key clattering on the pavement then looked at his phone. “Huh, 100 messages, and you don’t get to ask me those questions anymore,” he said as he walked past her.

“Why not, what do you mean?!” She screeched at him.

Victor only gave her a look, smirked and then shook his head. He was about to slip his key in when she noticed her stand a little closer.

“You’re not privileged to my home anymore either. Stay here, I’ll get you your stuff.”

“What!? Babe, no!”

“You also don’t get to call me that anymore. Anna, we’re done. If you turn into a crazy ex-girlfriend and damage my cars, I promise you that I will come at you with everything I have.” Victor said with finality in his voice.

“Bu-but, babe, I can explain! Please let me explain!”

“Explain what? Huh? What are you going to tell me?”

But she couldn’t speak. Victor could see her eyes darting left and right, trying to find the right words but no words left her mouth. Victor simply nodded and went into his home.

He soon emerged with her travel bag and suitcase, backpacks and boxes and placed them at her feet.

“You… you’ve already had my stuff packed,” She said softly as she looked down, “you’ve already made up your mind.”

“No, you made up my mind for me.”

“Victor please, can we talk?”

“About what? About what our ‘relationship’ is? How about for two years you strung me along but were you even serious about us? Did you even care about me? Was I just a meal ticket?”

“Of course I was, I still am!”

“Then explain why you just fucked off out of here? Explain why you came home at 4 am, and don’t even lie to me about being drunk because I did not smell a single alcoholic tone out of your breath.”

She couldn’t. Tears rimmed her eyes as she looked at Victor’s face wrapped in frustration. If she told him why, it would shatter his heart and she didn’t want that.

So she just threw her hands up, grunted in frustration and gave up and began gathering her items.

“I thought so. I didn’t think you were such a selfish bitch,” Victor said as he vanished into his home.

Anna took those words and it pained her so much. She’s in a city where she has no one. Her work friends are just that, work friends, and she wasn’t close enough to any of them to ask for a spot in their couch. Her parents are five state over and she has no relative around at all. While Kaz, Greg and Wigs have integrated her into the group, and she got along with them wonderfully, she knows their loyalty is to Victor.

Her stuff managed to fit in her little Corolla. She stared at the door that once lead her into a place she called home for the past couple of years. A place that gave her peace. A place that gave her love. A place she betrayed. She picked up the key she threw at him a grim reminder of what she once had. She placed it back into her key ring, got into her Corolla and drove away.

**************

The entire drive she cried and she had to park around the corner from Victor’s street. She broke her relationship with, possibly, the most perfect man for her and now she’s homeless. She couldn’t believe his ferocity, but most of all she couldn’t believe her unwillingness to explain herself.

She knew that Victor has a high tolerance for people’s general bullshit, and it’s possible that he may have forgiven her infidelity. But at the same time she just couldn’t get the word out. Why? Why couldn’t she?

She drove back to that same motel and took a room, the clerk asking if her boyfriend is coming or not. She ignored him and sat herself in that drab of a room. She still has money, she’s homeless not broke, but apartments around here are expensive.

She lamented at her life going into the shitter. She couldn’t believe how fast it took for her to step out of the relationship, not that she was planning on it. She sighed as she tried to go to sleep. She wondered what Victor was doing dressed like that. He never wore clothes like those before, not for her anyway.

She picked up her phone and placed a call.

**************

Victor felt his house become even more empty. His home has four bedrooms and four bathroom but there is only him. He sat in his couch and just sunk back, letting out a sad sigh.

He’s been fortunate in his life. This home is a gift from his parents, he often joked that they’re rich and he’s only middle class but he knows that his upbringing was that of privilege.

He took out his phone and saw some text from Anna, he had forgotten to block her but he ignored it. He went into his social media and removed all of the photos he shared with her, the vacation photos and the ones he took when they went on their little dates. It pained him so but he has to move on. He set his relationship status to “Single” and closed the app.
