To give some context: my bf and his cousin are real good friends. They talk almost every day and his cousin sleeps over almost weekly.
This one night was the same as always. His cousin comes over, they play videogames with some booze until they are too drunk to play videogames and then we have a little party with music and even more drinks.
I started to notice that his cousin was looking at me. But different than normal. There was a moment when I asked if they wanted something more to drink and they answered what they wanted to have. His cousin said he’d help carry.
So in the kitchen he just hugs me from behind and he puts his hands on my boobs. I freaked out and told him he needed to think about his actions because we can’t do this. I’m not attracted to him and he is my BF’s cousin.
So after all of that he just kept looking at me but he didn’t really start anything.
Fast forward a bit. BF and I in our bedroom, his cousin in the guest bedroom.

Tldr: me, bf and his cousin partied hard, his cousin looked at me and made a move, I denied him but once in bed I started thinking and confronted his cousin, his cousin made another move and I fell for it. Now I’m freaking out about seeing him again or him telling my bf.

If you’re that easily swayed, then perhaps you should break up with your bf. Or talk to him about open relationship.
I feel for you, but this isn’t really an advice subreddit. The point here is to tell stories of sexual encounters in detail that folks can masturbate to, and your story is missing all of the good parts.
That said, it’s going to be better if your bf hears it from you first, so if you’re worried about cousin telling ever, beat them to it. If cousin can keep a secret, bury that shit real deep inside you and don’t do it again.
