I know this still doesn’t really compare to most of the other confessions on here, but it’s pretty big for me. Being bra free is amazing! It took me about a year to stop feeling insecure everywhere. I still do occasionally, but I’ve definitely gotten used to it. Starting out with shirts that have graphics on the front or wearing a cami underneath can help to ease into it. It’s been close to 4 years for me and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to wearing a bra for everyday stuff. It helps that my partner is completely supportive and encouraging (I like to tell him when someone checks me out, cause he thinks it’s hot).
