If your question is serious the answer is that you can’t really. You feel guilty because you are guilty. Some people don’t feel it when they are and that’s worse. The guilt may help you to figure out how you feel about your actions.
It’s not like someone becomes off limits to you just bc a friend likes them, but its also not very caring to do this. It would def hurt me a lot if a friend did this to me. Would make me feel like I’m less desirable than my friend, even though it shouldn’t.
You could tell him your friend likes him and tell her he’s only looking for something casual. You should definitely tell her if they start legit dating though, or it could get much messier later.

Coming clean to your friend about what you did, would not only be easiest thing to do long term (it’ll be very hard in the moment, but just in that moment), but also the right thing regardless.
Tell her what happened, from top to bottom, don’t look for excuses, people can see that for themselves, but do go into detail. And a sincere apology and showing that you learned from your mistake will wipe the slate clean (when it comes this situation anyway)
If the situation is a bit more complicated then patience will also be key.
