We got home, the entire trip I was trying to figure out my mother’s ‘surprise’.
Every scenario I had in my head didn’t make sense.
Scenarios like Kelly mysteriously added our mother as a lover. Each step that we took my mind wondered as to what laid for me.
Was Kelly tied down as punishment?
That was possible, my mother was all about finding unique punishments.

There had to be more. But what was it?
