I’m currently writing a bnha fanfic, in summary(a really, really grossly undetailed summary) an all girls party at the karaoke spirals into a king’s game, during which, Ochako had to invite her boyfriend, Midoriya, to the party.
All of that spirals into a harem scene between Midoriya and 4 girls. My issue is that I’m having difficulty finding a way to describe the scene, should I describe each girl’s experience with the boy separately, or should I try to describe it with them all together? What is the limit to how long those scenes should be?
If you have any experience writing something of the sort of have any opinions, please feel free to share them with me.

That founds like a difficult scene, especially because you only got one dick for all those ladies to share. My advice, honestly…. Have girl #1 getting banged with the dick, and that same girl has to eat out girl #2. Meanwhile girls 3 & 4 are banging each other. Otherwise it will be really tough to differentiate between everybody just piling onto the one dude. You don’t want to have to have them waiting in line, but it’s good to give the scene a little variety. That’s just me, though. It’s an ambitious scene, and it would probably take a lot of work to do properly.
