An Introduction (And a new rule!)

Hello! Lillith has introduced me before, but I thought now was a good time to come out of hiding myself. I’ve been mostly working in the background attempting to figure out how to cut down on comment spam. And I have, but with that comes a new rule.

We’re going to be disallowing links in comments from now on. You can still post links in the body of your text posts, but they DO need to come with a story. Meaning you cannot post a title, a link, and hit submit. Most people don’t want to go to another site to read a story, that’s why they’re on this sub. But if they can read a story here, and you can direct them to your other works elsewhere (or even other parts of your story on Reddit), that’s the shit we love.

So to recap:

* Story+link in post: Good!
* Link in post only: Bad!
* Link in comments: Bad!

Hope that clears things up. I’ll be looking into clearing up things like tag rules. We may be requiring specific tags for stories in the future (things that are most important to most readers like gender and age) and then letting the rest of the tags be optional. This should let us get your stories approved quicker, as we can set the sub to check for these required tags and automatically approve them without having to go through our queue. And while I’m doing that, I’ll be attempting to figure out (drumroll please)

**TAG SORTING!!!**

Once I get this working, I’ll be making another post about it. But one of the things we’ve been wanting (and you as well, as I’ve heard it) is the ability to sort stories by tags. We CAN do this, but there are a few limitations. Mostly that tags have to be in a VERY specific format for most things, and there are some differences between Old Reddit and New Reddit. Most of the hangups are figuring out how to do tags in a way that works for BOTH forms.
