(18[F]) I interviewed for a job at Hooter’s and the manager offered me double pay on the spot

Fwiw, I have F-cups, a slim waist, and zero experience waitressing. I turned 18 a few weeks ago. I don’t have a hooters outfit yet ofc so I showed up to the interview in cutoffs and a tight top that is pretty close to “Hooters orange.” (Pic on my profile.)

When I walked in everyone turned to look at me. I felt like the hostess was giving me the stink eye but I ignited it and told her I was there for the interview and she led me back to the manager’s office.

His face lit up as soon as I walked in. I figured he would ask me to so I slowly turned around for him. He sucked in his breath and the hostess stared at me, too. He told her she could leave and as soon as she shut the door he told me the job was mine. I told him I wanted to think about it and that’s when he offered me double-pay and said I could have my choice of shifts and sections. I didn’t actually get a perv vibe from him, more of a “you’d be great for business” kind of thing.

I’ll probably take it. My only reservation is that it’s close enough to where I live and go to school (I’m a HS senior) that I might see some of my friends’ and classmates’ dads there. But hey, a job is a job.

  2. Well done! Pay special attention to see how the place works. Make note of what does and doesn’t. I think this genre of restaurant could kill if everyone was actually having a good time and employees were supported.

    Not like your completely naked so doesn’t matter if classmates and dad’s see you! They will love it and tip you well!!

  10. OP, why would you bother working retail, when you could start an OnlyFans at 18 and probably make enough money to invest heavily into your future and retire early.

    The fact the manager looked at you and thought about all the money HE would make off of YOUR assets should tell you everything you need to know about valuation. As it stands, you’re undervaluing what you have to offer.

    I’m no expert, but you could probably be the ‘non-hooters hooters girl’ of OF and make more money in a week doing that, than a month at Hooters.
