Please do not swap nudes without your GF’s and his GF’s consent. That is a serious violation of their trust. Take a look through a few of the relationship subreddits, and you will find many examples of broken relationships owing to shared nudes with no consent. Since you and your gf have been talking about this, I suggest bringing up with her and seeing what she says.
