It was a party at a mutual friend’s house, there were about 10 people there. We had a good time, drank alcohol and sat next to each other all the time.
At some point two more people showed up – one guy I knew a little, the other I saw for the first time. Let’s call him Matt. They greeted everyone present by hugging each other (Matt and my then-girlfriend hugged a little longer, which surprised me a bit, since they were also seeing each other for the first time).
We went back to drinking and talking. Loud music was playing in the background, some people tried their hand at karaoke, others went out for a cigarette. A typical party.
At one point I had to go to the bathroom, so I left my girlfriend with everyone present. I was gone for about 10 minutes. When I returned the sight I saw made me feel very uncomfortable.
My former girlfriend had her head laid on Matt’s lap who was playing with her hair and stroking her face with his hand.
I did the worst thing I could do – I acted like a little beta cuck and didn’t say anything, just sat on the side, next to them. Matt’s stroking of my ex-girlfriend’s hair continued for a good 15 more minutes, her head lying on his lap the whole time.
After a while they stopped and we went back to drinking. The whole situation was very hot for me, even though it was humiliating. I felt like a little beta. Nothing more happened at this party, unfortunately, except a long goodbye hug. I was a little disappointed.
My girlfriend broke up with me 1-2 months after the event, without saying the reason (the only one she gave was that our love had washed out). Unfortunately, I don’t know who she is with now or what she is doing.
I’m curious if she met with Matt after that event without telling me (and I wonder if it was more than once). I’m also curious if he fucked her (when we were together, or after the breakup). What do you guys think?
