[FM] Perks of having a curvy body as a realtor

Hey lurkers, long time lurker here. I’ve been in the real state business for a while now, I’m still in my 30s so don’t feel that old. I was super naive when I started the business and saw a bunch of other colleagues doing better specially female ones. It was a recurring thing and I was told by a lot of friends and even my partner that I should adjust how I dress up for the showings.
I bought some tight formal clothing that made my ass look huge, my ass looks big naturally, but the long skirts or tight pants made it look extra. It certainly helped whenever my client was a male even while showing a couple, the guy would just stare at my ass during the whole showing and it was great, I get the ego boost and he got some eye candy before making the deal, I’m sure me showing my body was the tipping point on some of these deals. I’m fairly competitive so it felt great having some success, but I wanted more. I eventually got even more aggressive with my “selling techniques”.
I eventually got very flirty and even doing it while texting with the guy, some flirted back some didn’t, most of those who flirted back had a partner which is curious. This was usually after I showed them the house or the listings. I got hooked on the power that my body gave me over these deals and I eventually suggested sexual encounters while discussing deals, this was after they flirted back. And eventually going thru with some of the men that did. Word got around and I got a bunch of texts from random guys trying to “get a rental” or “see my listings”.
It was like night and day, I had so many planned showings that I didn’t even had enough time in my schedule.
To be honest, I didn’t bang every guy that did, but I had to keep the “rumour ” alive, so I just did with the guy that I felt attracted and a potential client.
This is something that my partner doesn’t know, but he always encouraged me to flirt. I’ve had some negative experiences specially when the wife or partner finds out he’s been texting me or whatever, some deals went bad because of it so I had to tone it down and be more discreet.
