As a guy who had braces before, I literally felt what you were going through. Especially the flossing, the brushing, but especially the tightening they had to do or if the wire broke off you had to go to the dentist and rewire them… super annoying. Braces suck. I needed them as my teeth were still coming in, and they opted from corresponding external headgear to go with them.
