Would you actually call this a dystopia ;) (part 1 of?) (Introduction)

*Hey guys! This is my first time writing erotica and I wanna thank you for clicking on this post. Please give me pointers on how to improve so that I can do better in the future.*

So for this series, I want to try something different than anything I have read. Each installment will focus on the life of one person in this alternate universe I have created. Who will the characters be? You decide! Tell me how/who you want the next character to be and I’ll write something around him/her. Also do tell if you want a peaceful or violent end for that character.

Y2K. The new millennium. The year the world was supposed to change for the better. It changed alright. Not just for the better. Patient zero was a man in Delhi, India. But he was not the last one. This virus only targeted the Y chromosome. And it’s infectivity rate was off the charts. Even a mere breathe in the same room as a patient meant you were infected. No wonder that within a few months the entire male population was infected.

Then came the deaths. The virus never caused the death. The weakened immunity did. The male population shrunk to a fraction of its size. In a couple of weeks the male to female ratio had reduced from 101:100 to 1:100. By the end of the year it was 1:1000. And thankfully it stayed that way.

But there were some men on whom the virus seemed to have no effect. Soon enough they were the only ones left. With the world’s governments left in shambles an emergency council was summoned. Representatives from all around the world convened in London to discuss this issue. The only viable solution they had was to capture all surviving males and milk them for their sperm. This would save humanity in the long term.

What noone knew at the time was how the virus affected the male reproductive system. It grew much larger on average, became less easier to tire, increasing the stamina of all guys but at a cost. The virus ate at their DNA. Even within their body only 0.1% of male sperm survived and soon it became apparent that men were now going to be a rare commodity.

As soon as word of this got out to the public, there were civil wars. Women who had lost their husbands, sons, brothers and lovers to the milker program rose up in arms to get them back. The men too, having had enough of the abuse fought with them. Soon enough the council had to make concessions.

All the land was redistributed among all the men and half the taxes paid by the citizens within this land went to the men. Also punishment of crimes committed by men became very lax. This meant that soon enough the world had essentially fallen into small states with a single man as their warlord. Some men would build a harem, some capture others lands to increase their power and some commited heinous crimes. The only one to stop them, the council.

That was 21 years ago.

So that’s it guys! This was the setting of the world. Like I said earlier, lemme know a character and I would bring them alive in this world. Maybe if I find something exciting want we can do some specials and specifics. Also someone help me think a better title!
