My husband and I have been in the swinging lifestyle for several years. It’s not a huge part of our lives or anything like that — just something we do once every few months, when the right friends come around or there’s a cool party we can make.

But part of that is a rule that I’m allowed to play with other women without him, as long as he knows in advance. That’s important for this story, and my new friend, Janice. (Name changed)

So our sons are on the same hockey team and we started chatting at the rink. We just started vibing, almost immediately. Turned out she’s divorced and so we talked about her dating life and all other kinds of exceedingly normal things. We became friends, not just people who are stuck together for a couple hours a week. The conversations were also kinda flirty? I even told her that we were in the lifestyle, and answered a few questions she had about it.

Anyways I invited her over to my place on a Saturday night recently, and my husband took the boys out for a guys’ night. We opened a bottle of wine, ate some dinner and were chatting on the patio when she said how jealous she was of our hot tub. I laughed and told her she could use it anytime. She said she would love to then but didn’t have her suit. I was quite drunk, and told her no problem — she could borrow one of mine. We’re about the same body type/size, so they’d work. Next thing I know, I’m texting hubby that he should take the boys for ice cream. “Just in case.”

She changed in the bathroom and when she came out, I was so attracted to her. We poured two more glasses and got into the hot tub. Eventually I started rubbing her shoulders, and could hear her soft moans as I did. So I kissed her neck, and felt her hand run through my hair as I did so. She turned, and we began kissing. She told me she was attracted to me, and if this was OK. I told her it was, and I slid my tongue into her open mouth. Before I knew it we were making out like teenagers.

Well I knew better than to try to have sex in the hot tub (*very* hard to get comfortable, but we ran upstairs and I laid her down on the bed, kissing and licking every inch of her as she talked dirty to me. Then she told me to lay back, and did the same to me. It was wonderful.
