Chapter 2
Jake makes it home excited to use his new toy, but sadly had to put those plans on hold because his friend Aj is there.
“Hey, I told you to meet me at the park, where the hell were you?” She says to Jake.
“I had to buy some stuff ok, why didn’t you call me?” He answers.
“Because YOU made sure that you would come, and I quote ‘I’ll make sure to be there for you’. Atleast I still got a date with her”
“Wait, you did it? See, you can do it without me”
“Because I panicked and luckily she asked instead of me”
“But you still got the date” Jake says as he enters the house.
“Yes, atleast I still got a date” Aj says as she follows Jake “What did you buy though?”
“Just some stuff”
“No shit, what exactly did you buy”
“Some kinda personal and some just for stuff”
“Bruh” Aj says annoyed
“What do you want me to say? that I have traveled far and wide to look for what I’ve been looking for, and I found it on the highest of mountains and deepest of seas?” Jake says
“Haha” Aj laughs sarcastically
“Now If you’ll excuse me, I’m gonna take a shower” Jake says while forgetting about the things he bought.
