Recently I’ve been listening to HFO audios and some have worked, but the other night I was laying in bed listening to one and I found myself feeling paralyzed, as if I was about to fall into a lucid dream. I was too surprised at the feeling and snapped out of it, but I’m really interested to know if anyone has had anything like this happen and/or have a lucid dream while listening to an audio.
