Hey everybody. Im working on a fictional universe where its the year 2088 and things are different in America.
After years of unrest and domestic turmoil parts of the us have finally rrstored order and returned to a resemblance of normal life. One way this was achieved was by transforming the justice system. The percentage of people in prison dropped from 0.7 % to .01 % in ten years. The big change came from increasing the priosn sentences substantially for every crime. All violent crimes carried a minimum 35 yr sentence. Some cases of simple assault or theft warranting a life sentence.
People were also offered an alternative punishment that came in the from of sexual/public humiliation. A basic example would be a man gets busted for drunk driving, he can accept 40 yrs in prison or one week of sexual humiliation. Im open to most kinks so im thinking the skys the limit on punishments: forced sex, forced nudity, forced incest, feminization, age regression, forced slut… get creative in your ideas, have some fun:)
