Turns out she’s an amazing card player and won hand after hand after hand. FINALLY I won one and laid all my cards down – and she did something I’ve never seen her do. She got all kittenish and put on this sad little face and cute little pout and said, “Awwww, why did you do that? I wasn’t ready for that.” And I suddenly felt this immense urge to tear all her clothes off! ? Instead I just said, “Beginner’s luck.”
