Last year when I started college I lost my flower to my old neighbor next door…I was away from home for the first time, living with my high school roommates off campus and I had just broken up with my high school bf. It was so much happening at once.
As soon as we moved in he stopped over with cookies and milk and told us he knew how scared we must be away from home and that he’d be right next door if we needed anything. It was really sweet of him. He friended me on Facebook and invited me over for dinners and talks. It was like having a daddy away from home to look after me. I’ve always been called too naive and heard that college was such a scary place for that.
He asked me a lot about my dating life and dates and it came out that I was a virgin which he absolutely loved and said he suspected I was. The next bunch of times I saw him he wanted to talk about that and make sure I was still a virgin. To complicate things even more i was also starting to date a boy who is my bf now when all of this happened. I started avoiding my neighbor and told him why. He begged me to come over and told me he loved me like family and he was really worried about me because I was too innocent for college.
