That’s an unfortunate experience, try not to hold any animosity towards your GF. Please keep in mind that the way you feel is totally valid. Neither of you two are to be blamed for it going wrong, if I have to be totally honest I don’t think the other couple did a great job of walking you through the process of the lifestyle. They could have done better explaining the potential pros/cons and given you guys more time to think.
Setting boundaries and discussing what you and your partner are comfortable with should have been done prior to both experiences.
