So, I have a really pretty therapist, if I have to compare her to a celebrity I’d say she looks like Lucy Hale, just to give you an idea of what she looks like.
I wear jeans most of the time, I’ve been a patient since 2015 ( impulsive behaviour ) and I’ve had 4 or 5 erections before, but she couldn’t see them.
This time I decided to wear shorts, because it was just too hot outside. I have a way above average cock ( 22 cm or 8.6 inches ) and suddenly I started getting hard, and I immediately realised that this time she would notice as I was wearing shorts.

The other comment is way too harsh and literally everyone upvoting it is a piece of shit. Don’t worry about the reddit sheep – they follow whatever the first person does, and then the crowd, happens all of the time. They just love to fit in, even if it means being a turd when it’s totally unnecessary.
Formal environments can be hot especially when you’re talking a lot and opening up. Nothing wrong with having the hots for a hot therapist, I promise you all those jerks would too. Of course, part of me hopes you can give her some impulsive behavior rather than her curing you of it – I would love to read about that. I probably should encourage you to focus and try to get better though, but man, having a hottie as a therapist might not be ideal for curing that particular issue! Hope it all works out for you either way!

If it wasn’t just a random boner, she could take it as a sign that she’s done well in making a therapist-patient relationship with you. Common sign of established bond to get the hots for the therapist (or vice versa). They’re bound to keep it professional and establish ethical boundaries, but they’re also trained to keep an eye on the crush.
