In my case, the spinal cord was severed from the fourth to the fifth vertebrae in my neck, making me unable to move anything below my shoulders. Still, one thing works perfectly. You see, one of the only perks of being a quadriplegic, is that with a spinal cord injury in the cervical spine, you end up having uncontrollable erections.
