[F/M] Help finding story about an unexpectant heir to a billionaire

I’m looking for a story I read a while back about a guy living alone that finds out he is heir to a billionaire’s fortune. He meets a neighbour before moving out of his old apartment and tries to date her, later paying for surgery for her mom.

He also has a live in assistant that he sleeps with occasionally. He has a teenage neighbour, her parents keep trying to set them up, who sneaks into his apartment through a trap door in the closet.

I know this is kind of a mind dump I just wanted to get across as much of the story as possible in the hopes that someone will remember it.
