The national forest close to where I grew up was a sacred place to me. As a young adult it was where I sorted through my thoughts and found comfort in solitude. One afternoon I headed out to a trail that starts high on a forested ridge and winds its way down to a valley. There were no other cars at the trailhead, so I didn’t expect to see anyone else. Most of the time I had the place to myself.
I had been casually jogging for about five minutes and my focus was aimed mostly down at the trail just ahead. Coming around a bend I hear and see something in my peripheral vision. I look up and just ahead on the trail are two mountain bikes leaning against a tree, and a man with lowered spandex shorts doggystyle humping a bent over blonde woman with dropped spandex shorts. They don’t see me and they don’t stop.
I’m instantly shocked and frozen in place. I’m transfixed. This older blonde woman is standing bent forward with her hands on her thighs, fully clad in spandex, hair bouncing as she gets pounded. Right there on the trail with her bike shoes in the dirt and spandex shorts pulled down. The man is holding her at the waist from behind and also has just enough spandex pulled down you can see his ass pumping and pelvis smashing into her rear end.
In a matter of five to ten seconds, and just as I realize the magic of what I’m seeing, the woman starts looking around to make sure the coast is still clear. Like a spooked deer, she alertly looks right at me. She jolts straight upright and quickly wiggles to pull the spandex shorts over her hips. The man jerks his shorts up over his now exposed erection. The woman’s face changes from surprise to an embarrassed seriousness. I feel a little guilty. As they quickly adjust their spandex, I awkwardly wave and yell “Ope, sorry!” before quickly turning around and running back the way I came. I never told anyone.
Afterward I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It was surreal. It was raw, primal, and sexy. It was completely unexpected. I felt bad for ruining their moment, but it was pretty amazing to stumble across outside in the forest. Sex in the bedroom is great, but in essence it really belongs to the wild like that.

Sure they might have been embarrassed but to be honest fucking outdoors/in public is bringing the risk of getting caught… So they better had a big laugh after this or they are stupid thinking they could get away with this.
