I fucked up and now I’m in a community college. I’m also a bit fucked up, but that’s going to come along later.
My parents are rich and they bought me a Mansion to live out of while I study there. It’s a large 8 bedroom.
We have a team of gardeners that come in every 4 days and a team of maids that come in everyday.The bosses of these workers both know my parents well.
I was browsing through r/confessions recently and came upon a post where OP told us that she was a college student that fucked her scummy landlord in exchange for living rent free.
Since my parents won’t be around and I honestly just want frequent and casual sex, this idea intrigued me greatly.
I spent quiet a while imagining how hot it would be and I believe I made a decent plan on how the arrangement would work.
She would either get her own room or sleep in mine. I would want the latter because I want her to pose as a my girlfriend in case the maids rat me out (my parent’s would be cool if I had a live-in GF). If it’s the former, she’d keep her stuff in my room and only use another room to sleep so the maids don’t catch on.
Her only obligation would be to accompany me when I want her to. Sex won’t be mentioned but would definitely be implied. I’d expect her to be sexually exclusive, and she won’t be allowed to invite anyone except mutual friends over to my place, which would be explicitly with my permission. She would enjoy the benefit of living rent free, using all the facilities offered at my home, and tagging along with me whenever I go do something fun outside like; grab some food, go shopping, watch movies, go to the theatre, etc, all of which I’ll be paying for. She’ll be screened for STDs every month in case she strays and will be tested upon accepting my agreement.
I have a more than decent budget as a college student but my parents want me to do odd-jobs to see the other part of the world and be a more down-to-earth person. She would not be expected to help me out in this regard, but I was thinking I’d make the Maids a weekly thing if I think she’s capable of cleaning up after me when they aren’t here.
Of course, this is just a fantasy for the moment because I’m too awkward to propose this to someone. I’m also pretty sure I’d have a tough time finding classmates who’d agree to my requirements, but there’s always a chance that someone I find attractive would agree and that makes me bit excited.
