So after Marine Boot Camp I am at my MOS school. Takes 6 months in total. During that time we get a 4 day weekend due to thanksgiving, and this is where the story takes place.

Virgin leaves Friday after training to the cabin and I go to spend thanksgiving with another friends family.

So Friday night everyone gets acquainted, a nice night with a campfire and some night swimming. While on his way back he calls me in a panic, explains everything, I tell him he is a dumbass and I tell him I would see him Tuesday. Summing up, he got back to base, got a new phone number and never heard from her again.
