Jackson drove his companions, Mia and Irina to Irina’s summer home, maneuvering through the traffic and tourists leaving the fireworks show. He was relieved that his teen companion, Mia, who he’s helping finance through college, and the owner of the house, Irina were getting along after meeting when Irina unexpectedly showed up. It was then she smelled marijuana smoke and opened her eyes to see Irina lighting a joint as Jackson swayed with her to the music. She passed it to Jackson who inhaled deeply and held it before letting the smoke rolled from his mouth. He passed it back to Irina who took a small hit from it before offering it to Mia. Mia had never smoked marijuana. She took the joint and sharply inhaled which made her cough and hand it back. The two laughed as Jackson took it from her hand. Mia grabbed her glass from the table and gulped some chilled wine to cool her burnt throat.
