I typed in the code “2-4-6-4” and listened for the three beeps that told me the building was secure for the evening. The shutter lowered over the main entrance doors, and finally I was free!
There had been a constant stream of office employees at my desk since 8am…
“My keyboard isn’t working…” (plug it in you idiot)
“I can’t get my printer to work…” (possibly because it’s a scanner not a printer you fruitloop!)
It’s exhausting working with these idiots, you wonder how they even manage to dress themselves in the morning without assistance.
As I walked towards to my car, I noticed the garage across the yard was still open…. Little bit of background on that… I have a major crush on the mechanic who works there and we had a bit of a moment a few nights ago but I haven’t seen him since. Slightly nervous but desperate to see him again, I crossed the yard and peered inside the workshop. He was sitting on an old office chair carefully rubbing down a panel with sandpaper. He was concentrating and did not notice me at first. He still had those blue overalls on, his chubby features and silver hair illuminated by the harsh fluorescent lights overhead. My mind wandered back to our encounter the other night. All we really did was kiss but it was wonderful. I smiled at the memory, and stepped forward into his workshop.

A crush on the mechanic [Mf][agegap][softcore]
My car needed serviced, and as I was struggling to take time off my busy job, I opted for an unknown nearby garage, a one-man band kinda place.
Went across to the garage on my lunchbreak, but there was no one about in the yard.
Hearing noises from within the building, I peeked under the half-open rollerdoor…
The smell of oil and metal made me nervous. What was I doing, I should have just stuck with my previous place, with it’s clean waiting area and nice reception lady.
“Hello, anyone there?” I called out into the dimmly-lit garage.
“Come in sweetheart, I’ll just be a moment” came a gentle voice.
I ducked under the rollerdoor and stepped inside. Directly in front was a ramp with a car on it and one on the ground beside it.
To the left was a small booth with a window, but there looked to be no one inside.
Trying to avoid the puddles in my suede work shoes I ventured further in and found the source of the gentle voice.
