Hello please let me start out with saying, I write these into short mini scenes that I send to my SO a little at a time via text while she is at work. I dont really know if im actually any good, but she likes them and I just wanted to share to get a little creative feedback. Sometimes i feel repetitive, and also struggle with keeping it a reasonable text length but still fit in enough oomph. They are meant to be very short and basically just get her imagination going, destress a little, and excited to come home :)
note: they are broken into paragraphs ONLY to note where one text ends and another would begin.

Getting off work late has its drawbacks, but it has its benefits too. Works been a little rough tonight but went by fast, a little leftover energy from your coffee is still pumping though. Down the elevator and pay for parking you remember you parked back in the corner because there wasn’t much space today. You make your way over to find it all by itself away from the good lights but near one that doesn’t seem to quite want to stay all the way on. It’s not like it’s scary but you do get a little shiver of nervousness for a brief moment as you walk closer.
