“Please, have my seat” gestured Tim to the heavily pregnant Anna – who was huffing profusely as the train rattled it’s way along. “Are … are you sure” replied Anna, a little demurely. Tim gestured and Anna sat down with a smile and a ‘Thank you’. Anna was about 30 yrs old noted Tim, about 5ft 6 and about 7 months pregnant at least, he thought to himself. Her long brown hair cascaded over her face, which was sort of rounded, with a small mouth and a little nose. Her clear blue eyes sat above two rosy red cheeks and her smile was infectiously wide.
As Anna continued to gaze out the window, Tim took the opportunity to sneak a little look at her ‘bump’. Once or twice Anna caught him and smiled, and he returned the smile as innocently as he could. When the Train pulled to stop some 20 minutes later, Anna huffed again as she tried to get up. This time Tim was ready, offering her his arm and assisting her up. He guided her through the aisle and then stepping off the train first, he gently helped her off. Hearing her breathlessness Tim quickly guided her to a nearby seat “Sit down here for a while, you should rest up.”

This story is a prequel to the “Doctor” series that I posted previously. It is written from a first person perspective and introduces Anna for the first time. It does not contain the Doctor or have any ‘examinations’ – it is a straight forward story of sex between colleagues at work, where Anna is already pregnant.
I also have another story about Anna, but we’ll see how well this one goes down first. It was written a while ago and is a bit short (for me) – sorry about that. But please upvote if you like it and would like me to post the other story about pregnant Anna picking up a stranger on a train and taking him home.

Doctor Hendricks glanced over at her, his eyes surveying her whole body like a scanner. After a moment he gave a low hum and stood up.
“OK. We should do the anal tests today, I suppose. If you’re sure you’re happy to proceed” he asked, looking directly at Ana. In response she nodded avidly and smiled “Oh yes, yes please … yes the anal tests are so important aren’t they” she said in mild encouragement.
Doctor Hendricks nodded in agreement but didn’t speak. Grabbing Ana’s ankles he pushed her legs back until her ass popped up and her ass hole was clearly visible. “Did you clean it out, like I told you?” he asked, looking in her eyes. It was exactly a week later when Ana again waddled into Doctor Hendricks’s office and sat down with a smile and a slight grimace. “Everything OK Ana? You look nervous. There really is no need to be you know” said the Doctor, ushering Ana to a seat.
“I’m … I’m sorry Doctor, I’ve never had an Anal examination before.” She said smiling winsomely. Doctor Hendricks took her hand and patted it. “There, there – it will be OK. You will be OK. It’s best to be safe, isn’t it? Best to know that your body is coping well with the pregnancy?”
Ana nodded and a fuller smile drifted across her face. Doctor Hendricks coughed and looked at his computer screen “Just a few questions first” he added tapping his keyboard. “Did you manage to get your daily shot of cum, like I recommended” he asked directly.

His blue eyes glinted, and his smile was heart melting.
“I swear, I’m fatter at 32 weeks with this one than I was 38 weeks with the first one.” she giggled. The Doctor smiled at her “OK. Well, I’m Doctor Martin Hendricks – pleased to meet you. So before we start I just have to go over a few things.” said the Doctor nodding at her.
“Of course” replied Anna “Fire away”.
Doctor Hendricks lent back in his chair. “Very well, firstly – you are aware that I am a homeopathic Doctor? My methods may not be quite what you might expect?” he said cautiously.
