I have been a fan of Anne Rice’s (As AN Rocquelaure) Claiming of Sleeping Beauty & subsequent novels for 20+ years. I would love to read more erotica of a similar nature- beautiful but also quite brutal, savage but elegant. I find far too many pieces of erotica to be a bit… thuggish, if that’s the word. The elegant, almost ritualistic dominance and submission in Rice’s work is fascinating and beautiful to me. I’m looking for something like that, either actual print books or written works online.
Any suggestions?
