Aftermath with Natalie Dormer [M/F]

The world had gone to shit in the span of about a week. You could watch the bombs being dropped from your bedroom window. I could still feel the vibrations from the blasts shaking my bones. There were so many reports that nobody really knew what caused it. The TV and radio stations then went dark. Everyone was left clueless. Law and order couldn’t be maintained. The riots, looting and all the other unmentionable things that happened were worse than any bomb.

Awakened by the rumbling of engines, I flashed my eyes wide open and peeked out of the shattered window. Down the street there were headlights. Lunatics were firing off gunshots, blaring music and hollering obscenities. I tucked myself back into the room and they flew by, drunk off their own newly found power. Taking a deep breath to calm myself down, I checked outside again. They were gone.

I could relax my shoulders back down. I took a swig from the crumbled bottle of water. It was hard not to grimace at how warm it was. There was quiet again, for now. The night sky was awash with stars, something you’d have never been able to see in L.A when all the lights were on.

And the Best Actress Goes Too… [F/M] [Celebrity]

*Constructive feedback is appreciated. This is entirely a work of fiction*

The night had been such a thrill for me. I was seated at a table filled with acting royalties, and I could barely contain my excitement. Brushing shoulders with the elite of Hollywood, was sure to be the peak of my life.

As the final award had been given out, the grand hotel where the event was being held, ushered the majority of us towards the main hall to continue the celebrations. I lost count of how many familiar faces I shook hands with. Then came the compliments for my original screenwriting piece, which narrowly missed out on one of those obtuse golden statues they hand out.

Having had one too many glasses of champagne, I stumbled out of the packed hall and into a secluded corridor. Whilst chuckling to myself, I walked and swiped across my phone screen and marveled at the ludicrous pictures that I’d taken.

Suddenly, I found myself lost. I could’ve sworn the hall was behind me a moment ago! To my dismay, I realized that the luscious red carpet and decadent walls all looked the same, as I searched for the bathroom.
